Package Your Items
Securely pack your beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
